As recognition for our commitment to quality, we received the Engagement Level Award from the Quality Texas Foundation, the state level of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. This award is the second of six Criteria Levels designed by the Quality Texas Foundation to assess the degree to which an organization has developed and deployed sound and balanced approaches resulting in systematically improving performance levels and trends.
Roxanne Pillar, Huitt-Zollars' Quality Director, will accept the award on behalf of the firm at the 24th Annual Quest for Excellence Conference June 25-27.
