Johnson Elementary School

Pursuant to the passage of the 2015 Bond Program, Aldine Independent School District engaged Huitt-Zollars to develop elementary and middle school prototypes. Five new school campuses including two elementary schools and three middle schools opened in the fall of 2019.

Johnson Elementary School holds 1,000 students from Pre-K through sixth grade. The school is a one-story complex with 80,000 square feet of classrooms, science labs, cafeteria, kitchen, library, music and art rooms, nurses’ stations, administrative offices, practice gymnasium, playground, and additional recreation fields.
