Goodwin Street Improvement

The Goodwin Street Improvement Project extends approximately 3,800 linear feet through the heart of downtown Prescott. The purpose was to reduce the flood potential along historic Whiskey Row, replace aged sewer and water lines, improve parking, increase pedestrian safety, and enhance sidewalks and crosswalks. The streetscape will also be enhanced. Hoskin Ryan was awarded this project through the City of Prescott’s On-Call contract. Services provided included, 3D laser scanning, design concept development, public involvement, and the preparation of construction documents for paving, water, sewer, signage and striping, lighting, signalization and landscape.
