Allison Wood, PE, CFM, is Vice President and Principal-in-Charge in Huitt-Zollars’ Dallas office. In this leadership role, she focuses on growing hydrology and hydraulics services beyond the Dallas market, strengthening client relationships, managing complex projects, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives. She is also committed to mentoring staff and supporting the firm’s goals for excellence and innovation.

Allison brings 11 years of experience at Huitt-Zollars and has played a key role in advancing resilient solutions for flood mitigation and stormwater management. She is recognized as an industry expert in rainfall resiliency and bridge scour analysis, and is known for her strong project management skills, commitment to client service, and ability to build effective, high-performing teams. Allison has also led internal efforts focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence across the firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and Mathematics, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, all from Southern Methodist University.
