
Chaitanya Kasturi, PE, PMP, ENV SP, is a Vice President and Principal at Huitt-Zollars’ Houston West office with over 20+ years of experience in civil engineering. She leads complex transportation and infrastructure projects with a focus on roadway design, drainage systems, utility coordination, and urban mobility improvements.
Chaitanya has managed a wide range of high-impact projects across Texas, including major roadway reconstructions for the City of Houston, multi-use trail systems, light rail transit corridors, FBO expansion and tollway enhancements. Her leadership has been instrumental in delivering projects such as the METRO East Corridor Light Rail, Linkwood Paving and Drainage, and the University Boulevard South expansion in Sugar Land. She is known for her ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with stakeholders, and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that meet both technical and community needs.
She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Osmania University. Chaitanya is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).
