David’s expertise spans a diverse range of industrial projects, including maintenance facilities, transit infrastructure, and manufacturing plants.

With over 30 years of experience in architecture and project management, David has played a key role in advancing Huitt-Zollars’ reputation for excellence. His portfolio includes multiple maintenance facilities, aircraft hangars, dormitories, and LEED-certified buildings, demonstrating his commitment to sustainability and functional design.

A registered architect in multiple states, David holds certifications from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
