
Isabel Vasquez, PE, CNU-A, is a Vice President and Principal in Huitt-Zollars’ El Paso office. With over 30 years of experience in design and construction management for municipal public works, commercial, and residential development projects, Isabel has been instrumental in leading a wide range of infrastructure projects.
Isabel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds professional engineering licenses in Texas. She is also CNU-Accredited.
Isabel’s notable projects include the Fort Bliss Land Development, the Mesa 24-Inch Water Line Replacement, the Grouse 24” Force Main Replacement and Lift Station Improvements, and the Dyer Bus Rapid Transit System. Her expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, highways, city streets, and storm sewer systems has been crucial in delivering successful outcomes for complex projects.
