Jeff Davis, PE, serves as a Senior Vice President and Principal in our Fort Worth office, where he plays a key leadership role in the Urban Development practice. With over two decades of experience in civil engineering, Jeff brings a strategic approach to project delivery, business development, and team leadership.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked on a wide range of projects, including single-family residential, commercial, multifamily, municipal, industrial, and oil/gas developments. His expertise spans due diligence, entitlements, and development agreements—areas in which he consistently delivers high-quality results. Jeff is also known for his strengths in client management, proposal and budget preparation, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on management, both from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Arkansas and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. His dedication to community service is reflected in his involvement with the City of Fort Worth Development Advisory Committee and the Northwest Fort Worth YMCA.
