Jim Wink, PE, is the Vice President and Managing Principal of Huitt-Zollars’ National Capital Region Federal office. With over 30 years of experience in public works, engineering, construction, and business management, Jim has held progressively responsible positions as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and as a private sector consultant.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an Advanced Executive Program certificate from Northwestern University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Jim’s notable projects include the Bureau of Engraving & Printing Eastern Currency Facility, the Navy Region Southwest Smart Shore Concept of Operations, and the China Lake Earthquake Recovery Program. His expertise in managing large-scale federal projects has been instrumental in delivering high-quality outcomes.
