John Jarrard, AIA, LEED AP is a Vice President and Principal at Huitt-Zollars’ Albuquerque office with over 30 years of experience in architectural design and project management. He brings a comprehensive understanding of facility and site design, construction management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong background in both public and private sector projects.

John has led the successful delivery of projects under indefinite delivery contracts and has extensive experience working with military design standards. His approach emphasizes coordination across disciplines, efficient resource management, and adherence to codes, standards, and client expectations. He is also proficient in project management software, which he uses to streamline workflows and maintain project schedules.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico and is a registered architect in New Mexico, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Texas. John is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
