
Johnny Murad, PE, QSD/P, is a Vice President and Managing Principal of Huitt-Zollars’ Ontario office. With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering consulting and land development project management, Johnny has successfully led numerous projects, including site selections, feasibility studies, preliminary construction cost estimates, earthwork estimates, plan check and permit fee estimates, conceptual site planning, final design, and construction administration.
With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering consulting and land development, Johnny Murad has established himself as a leader in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. Johnny oversees a broad spectrum of projects, from initial feasibility studies and conceptual project planning to final design and construction administration.
A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in California and Nevada. He is also a Qualified Storm Water Pollution Plan (SWPPP) Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P).
Johnny’s expertise spans large-scale land development and public works infrastructure projects, where he applies strategic insight and technical precision to create lasting impacts. His recent notable projects include the extension of a 72-inch storm drain in Chino, CA, the construction of a new 12-inch sewer main in Fontana, CA, and the planning and design of Buildings 1 and 2 at the Speedway Commerce Center Industrial Logistics Park in Fontana, CA. Additionally, he led the schematic layout and design of the 1.8M-square-foot Target Flow Center in Riverside, CA.
