
Joseph Davis, AIA, NCARB, brings over 41 years of expertise in architecture and project management to his role as Vice President and Managing Principal of Huitt-Zollars’ Orlando office. With a strong focus on driving corporate growth, Joseph has successfully led the planning, design, and construction of a variety of high-profile hospitality projects, including luxury hotels, timeshare resorts, and sales offices.
His extensive experience in the entertainment and hospitality sectors has shaped his ability to deliver innovative and high-quality designs. Joe’s notable projects include Pandora – The World of Avatar at Walt Disney World, the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando Florida, the JW Marriott Resort in Anaheim California, and the Wyndham Grand Desert Resort in Las Vegas.
A registered architect in Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Indiana, and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Joe holds a Master of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Florida. He also completed the Wharton CEO Leadership Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
