Ken Sizemore is an accomplished architect and practice leader with more than 25 years of experience shaping commercial environments and guiding multidisciplinary teams. As Vice President and Managing Principal of Huitt-Zollars’ Orlando office, Ken leads our Commercial practice, overseeing entertainment, workplace, and hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and retail environments, while driving the office’s strategic vision and fostering a culture of collaboration and design excellence.

Ken’s career spans senior leadership roles in top-ranked design and development firms, where he directed regional and firm-wide practices, managed offices, and delivered landmark projects for high-profile clients. His expertise includes master planning, commercial and retail environments, hospitality and resorts, and strategic brand design standards. Ken’s extensive global experience is complemented by a reputation for strategic thinking, creative ideation, landmark projects, and high-performing teams.

Ken’s portfolio features award-winning projects, including a major entertainment district in Orlando, mixed-use developments in Istanbul, Madrid, and Barcelona, and hospitality and retail centers across the U.S. and internationally. He holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, and is a registered architect in Florida.
