Ken Mobley brings more than 35 years of experience in transportation and urban planning to Huitt-Zollars. As Vice President and Senior Project Manager, he leads planning efforts in the D.C. Metro area, including Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, as well as Pennsylvania, with a primary focus on transit and support for broader planning and design initiatives.
Ken’s expertise spans all modes of transportation, from bicycle and pedestrian facilities to high-speed rail. His experience includes NEPA documentation, multimodal transportation plans, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams for federal, state, and local agencies. An experienced facilitator and public engagement strategist, Ken has led award-winning outreach campaigns and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. He is active in APA, ULI, COMTO, and SAME. Ken holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management/Urban Planning from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College.
