Additionally, Kim oversees all company real estate, including office leasing, and manages the firm’s fleet of vehicles.

He is instrumental in advancing Huitt-Zollars’ enterprise-wide initiatives, fostering cross-office collaboration, and ensuring the firm’s business operations support its long-term strategic goals.

A licensed professional engineer in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado, Kim is widely respected for his collaborative leadership and practical approach to complex challenges. His project portfolio includes more than 500 successful initiatives company wide.
