Lani Marshall, P.E., LEED AP, is a Vice President and Managing Principal in Huitt-Zollars’ Dallas office. With 25 years of experience in transportation and civil engineering, Lani provides leadership on complex, multidisciplinary highway and transit projects while partnering with Transportation Principals to advance the firm’s transportation practice.

Lani brings extensive experience in project development, schematic design, environmental documentation, public involvement, and professional engineering procurement. Prior to joining Huitt-Zollars, she held leadership and technical roles with the Texas Department of Transportation and several nationally recognized engineering firms, where she led teams and delivered roadway, interchange, and transit projects for public-sector clients across Texas.

Lani holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Lani is actively engaged in the profession, serving in leadership roles with organizations such as Women’s Transportation Seminar and the North Texas Chinese Engineers and Architects Association.
