
Matthew Glancy, PE is a seasoned civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in design and construction management. As Vice President and Principal at the Huitt-Zollars San Diego office, Matthew plays a key leadership role in the firm’s Federal team, bringing deep expertise in federal construction standards and acquisition regulations.
Throughout his career, Matthew has successfully managed large-scale healthcare, laboratory, research, and testing facility projects in both the public and private sectors. His portfolio includes management of a $1.5 billion replacement hospital program and a comprehensive earthquake recovery program. He is well-versed in Unified Facility Criteria, California Title 22 and 24 regulations, and federal project delivery methods, enabling him to lead complex initiatives with precision and compliance.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in California. His leadership strengthens Huitt-Zollars’ capabilities in delivering high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure for federal clients.
