Robert J. Demeule, PE, is a Vice President and Managing Principal of Huitt-Zollars’ Rio Rancho office. With 27 years of engineering experience, Robert has an extensive history with drainage, roads, and public works projects. He has managed public works projects from conception through final acceptance, managing all aspects of public works projects.

Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico.

Robert’s notable projects include regional utility and development projects for Sandia Pueblo, roadway projects across Sandoval County and a new entrance at Kirtland Air Force Base. His expertise in full service public works projects, construction phase services, and Robert  has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for complex projects to a wide variety of clients.
