
Scott Eddings, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with over three decades of experience in the design and management of complex urban development and public works projects. As Vice President and Principal in our Rio Rancho office, Scott brings a deep understanding of infrastructure systems, site development, and project entitlements, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept through construction.
Scott’s expertise spans land development, roadway and highway design, airfield design, water and wastewater systems, and utility infrastructure. His technical proficiency includes advanced modeling and analysis tools such as HEC-RAS, StormCad, FlowMaster, and Syncro 7, enabling him to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions. His comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and planning processes allows him to effectively coordinate with owners, planners, and multidisciplinary teams, minimizing delays and optimizing outcomes.
Throughout his career, Scott has led high-impact projects across New Mexico, including the Facebook Campus in Los Lunas, Redevelopment of Winrock Town Center, New Hospital Tower at UNM Hospital, Kirtland AFB Ramp and Taxiway Improvements, New Mexico Army National Guard Readiness Center in Farmington, the Valle Norte Health Senior Care Complex in Albuquerque, and the Martin Luther King Elementary School Addition in Rio Rancho. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering projects that enhance community infrastructure and public services.
Scott holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Mexico and an active member of the American Public Works Association, the New Mexico Society of Professional Engineers, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
