Scott’s experience spans commercial, entertainment, hospitality, mixed-use, office, retail, urban-infill, transportation, education, and cultural developments. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Marriott Marquis Houston and Ole Red Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip, demonstrating his ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams and deliver innovative, high-performance environments.

A registered architect in Florida and Nevada, Scott is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and a LEED Accredited Professional.
