Stephen Beacham is a seasoned architect and design leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering innovative solutions across healthcare, higher education, science and technology, hospitality, workplace, and aviation sectors. As Vice President in Huitt-Zollars’ Institutional practice, Stephen leads our design team in the Northeast, driving excellence in architectural and interior design for higher education and healthcare projects.

Recognized for fostering creativity and mentoring emerging talent, Stephen has earned numerous design accolades, such as Forbes Travel Guide Best Airport, AIA Honor Awards, UNESCO Prix Versailles, CoreNet, NAIOP, IFMA, and IIDA. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and actively contributes to industry and community initiatives, including DCBIA community improvement projects and disaster relief efforts. Stephen has served as City Center Director for IIDA NJ and participated in rebuilding efforts following major natural disasters.
