Steve White, AIA, LEED AP, is a Vice President and Managing Principal of our Los Angeles, CA office, bringing over 25 years of professional experience to his role. Steve leads with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, overseeing strategic planning, business performance, and client engagement within the Los Angeles office.

Steve’s extensive portfolio showcases his expertise in planning, design, and construction administration for a wide range of projects, from small renovations to ground-up facilities. His experience includes medical office buildings, healthcare facilities, and assisted living developments, demonstrating his ability to manage complex and large-scale projects.

Notable projects under Steve’s leadership include the Kaiser Permanente Tustin Ranch MOB Remodel, Kaiser Permanente Imaging Master plan implementation for Anaheim and Irvine Medical Centers, and the Belmont Village Assisted Living facility in Scottsdale, AZ. His construction knowledge and architectural training make him the on-site “go-to” person for many of Huitt-Zollars’ largest and most complex projects.
