Since entering the A/E/C industry in 2007, Tiffany has built a diverse portfolio spanning corporate HR, marketing, and communications. Her expertise includes HRIS administration, benefits management, compliance, training and development, college recruitment, compensation strategy, data analytics, proposal coordination, and branding. This breadth of experience enables her to drive integrated, forward-thinking HR solutions that align with Huitt-Zollars’ strategic goals.

Tiffany holds a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive, high-performing environments where employees thrive and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success.
