Tré Dibrell is a Principal and Vice President at Huitt-Zollars, leading the Urban Development practice in our Dallas office and supporting client relationships and project delivery across the Dallas/Fort Worth region. He oversees daily team operations, manages multidisciplinary projects, and drives business development initiatives to expand our land development capabilities.
With more than three decades of experience in civil engineering, land development, and municipal leadership, Tré has directed large-scale residential and commercial developments, opened and expanded regional offices, and managed diverse technical teams. His public sector experience as City Engineer and Development Director provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both private and municipal development processes.
Tré’s expertise includes land acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure planning and design, permitting, and construction oversight. He is also skilled in floodplain modeling and capital improvement planning, with specialized training in infrastructure project design and construction, HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS modeling, and traffic signal synchronization using Synchro software.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Tré holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is an active member of the Texas Floodplain Managers Association and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
