Huitt Zollars Promotes Francis Wall, PE, LEED AP, to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Huitt‑Zollars is pleased to announce the promotion of Francis (Fran) Wall, PE, LEED AP, to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Fran will oversee firmwide operations, practice performance, and strategic execution across all markets.

With extensive experience in the planning and delivery of complex public infrastructure projects, Fran previously served as Senior Vice President and Public Works Practice Area Leader. In that role, he guided major civil infrastructure efforts and supported strong client relationships and practice growth.

Fran’s background includes work across transit operations and facilities, public facilities, residential development, master planned communities, and industrial parks. In his new role, he will advance operational excellence, strengthen project delivery, and support long‑term strategic growth for the firm.
