Huitt-Zollars is proud to announce the promotion of Jordan Marlia, PE, to Vice President and Principal in our Fort Worth, TX office.  

In this new Principal role, Jordan will support the continued growth of Huitt-Zollars’ Urban Development practice in the Fort Worth office and North Texas region. Drawing on his extensive experience in civil engineering, business development, and project leadership, Jordan will broaden his client and industry relationships, function as Principal on complex urban development projects, mentor and supervise teams, and help advance the firm’s strategic objectives throughout North Texas. 

Jordan brings nearly a decade of civil engineering experience delivering large-scale development and infrastructure projects across Texas’ rapidly expanding urban markets and has built upon his career and leadership at Huitt-Zollars for more than eight years now. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments providing expertise in site feasibility, infrastructure planning, stormwater management, grading, utilities, and regulatory coordination.  Known for his hands-on approach and strong project management capabilities, Jordan excels at fostering collaboration, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and delivering practical, cost-effective solutions. 

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Jordan’s leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to developing strong teams and trusted client relationships will further strengthen Huitt-Zollars’ Urban Development practice and support the firm’s ongoing success across North Texas.
