Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce the promotion of Gabriela Bell, PE, CFM, to Vice President and Principal-in-Charge in our Dallas, TX office.
In this new leadership role, Gaby will lead the Dallas H&H team, focusing on client relationships, project management, and business development initiatives. She’ll mentor the team and advance water resources initiatives through project delivery while supporting strategic growth.
Gaby brings 14 years of engineering experience, including more than a decade of specialized expertise in Hydrology and Hydraulics (H&H) while working at Huitt-Zollars. She is a recognized expert in planning and design of underground detention systems and has led the development and delivery of multiple statewide H&H training programs for TxDOT. Throughout her tenure, she has contributed to complex and impactful projects that have enhanced community infrastructure and advanced the firm’s technical and operational capabilities. She is also passionate about team development and engagement.
A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Gaby is recognized for her commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She is active in industry organizations and serves in a leadership role with the local WTS chapter.
Her leadership reflects the firm’s core values and will continue to elevate Huitt-Zollars’ reputation for delivering resilient, community-focused water resources solutions.
