Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Czarnik to a Vice President and Director of IT Infrastructure. In this role, Ron will lead the firm’s IT infrastructure strategy and operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, disaster recovery, and day-to-day technology reliability. He will be responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that supports our offices, project teams, and enterprise systems. Ron will also serve as the supervisor for the firm’s office IT staff.
Ron will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Business Systems to support firmwide technology initiatives, maintain cybersecurity and compliance standards, and manage infrastructure investments and vendor relationships.
With more than 20 years at Huitt-Zollars and over 25 years in IT infrastructure within the architectural industry, Ron supports the firm’s technology operations with a focus on reliability and efficiency. His work includes improving workflows, enhancing documentation, and helping teams navigate technical challenges. He also contributes as a mentor and resource for colleagues across the organization.
