Huitt-Zollars welcomes Jeff L. Dunsworth, PE, CFM, as a Vice President in our Austin, Texas, office. Jeff will play a key role in advancing our Public Works practice across Central Texas, partnering with clients and project teams to support infrastructure delivery, provide engineering leadership, and expand our public sector presence.
Jeff brings extensive experience in civil engineering, public infrastructure, utility operations, and capital improvement program management. Most recently, he served as Assistant Utility Director and City Engineer for the City of Pflugerville, where he helped guide the development of more than $750 million in water and wastewater projects. His background also includes staff development, capital program planning, grant development, and presentations to city councils, planning and zoning commissions, county commissioners, and other public agencies.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held engineering leadership roles with the City of Round Rock, City of Cedar Park, and the Texas Water Development Board. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and New Mexico, a Certified Floodplain Manager, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New Mexico State University.
Jeff’s experience in capital planning, infrastructure development, construction management, and public sector collaboration further strengthens Huitt-Zollars’ ability to deliver solutions for communities across Texas.
