Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce that Ken Sizemore, AIA, has joined our Orlando office as Vice President and Managing Principal. In this dual role, Ken will lead our Commercial practice in Orlando, overseeing entertainment, workplace, and hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and retail environments. As Managing Principal, Ken will guide the office’s strategic direction, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure design excellence across all disciplines.

Ken brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior architect and director. His career spans regional and firm-wide practice leadership, office management, and hands-on project delivery for high-profile clients and landmark developments. Ken’s expertise includes master planning, commercial environments, office and hospitality design, and brand standards development. He is recognized for his strategic thinking, creative ideation, and ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Huitt-Zollars, Ken served in senior leadership roles at several top-ranked design and developer firms. Ken’s portfolio includes award-winning projects such as a major entertainment district in Orlando, landmark mixed-use developments in Istanbul and Barcelona, and high-profile hospitality and retail centers across the U.S. and abroad. Ken holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is a registered architect in Florida.
