We are pleased to welcome Mert Kurtulus as our new Vice President and Director of Business Development. In his new role, Mert will align business development strategies with our overall company goals, lead and mentor the business development team, and oversee and refine the proposal development process to ensure high-quality proposal submissions and increased win rates across all practice areas.
Mert brings over 16 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a proven track record of driving growth across private institutions, municipalities, state agencies, and federal programs. Mert specializes in designing and implementing scalable, relationship-based, and data-driven business development processes, and has successfully led client engagement and pursuit capture strategies for major clients and markets. His expertise in business development, client partnership strategies, and capture management will be instrumental as we continue to expand our reach and impact on how we pursue and win work.
Mert holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Bilkent University (2009), a Master’s in International Management Studies from UT Dallas (2011), and completed Columbia Business School’s Executive Education Program in 2020.
