Huitt-Zollars prepared final construction documents for the 32-acre, 16-building site that provides over 487,500 SF of new office/light industrial space to the Inland Empire. The project design incorporated off-site flows from the 252-acre Union Pacific Railroad Automobile Distribution Center. All onsite storm flows were required to pass through water quality devices prior to deposit in the San Sevaine Channel. Huitt-Zollars prepared final engineering documents including rough and precise grading plans, on-site utilities plans, off-site public utility connection plans, street improvement and reconstruction plans erosion control plans, final tract map, and water quality Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
