Huitt Zollars partnered with the City of Fulshear to transform two existing buildings on the Marcel Cross Creek property into a modern municipal complex that supports the City’s rapid growth. Following a 2021 Facility Needs Assessment, our team provided full architectural and engineering services, from programming through construction administration, to deliver fully renovated interiors and enhanced exteriors, including a new canopy connecting Buildings A and B.

The redesigned complex consolidates nine City departments and the Council Chamber into Building A, while the Police Department relocates to Building B, totaling 36,779 square feet of purpose built civic space. The new Council Chamber features seating for nine council members and 90 attendees, supported by updated A/V technology for presentations, hearings, and live streamed meetings.
