Located in ICON Park in Orlando, Florida, Ole Red Orlando marks Huitt-Zollars’ first ground-up development for the Ole Red brand in partnership with Ryman Hospitality Properties. The 17,289-square-foot venue spans two levels and accommodates up to 500 guests, offering a concert-quality live music experience through state-of-the-art acoustics, lighting, and immersive video walls. Designed to reflect the owner’s vision of an “old brick warehouse meets rustic barn,” the architectural branding established a signature style for future Ole Red locations. The venue includes indoor and outdoor private event spaces, three bars, and optimized sightlines to both the central stage and the adjacent 400-foot observation wheel. Through creative design and strategic collaboration, the project delivers a vibrant entertainment destination that blends country soul with Orlando’s tourism energy.
