This project involved the full design and major renovation of Building 3222 at MCLB Barstow’s Nebo Annex, transforming a former Public Works maintenance facility into a modern, UFC-compliant headquarters and satellite fire station. The renovated facility consolidates emergency operations and houses the fire vehicle fleet and equipment for the base.
The design provides updated work, living, meeting, and parking spaces for the Base Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, Training Chief, EMS Chief, Fire Prevention Chief, staff, and visitors. The project reflects our expertise in adaptive reuse and mission-critical facility modernization within Marine Corps standards.
