This project represents the planning and development of DD1391 documents for the funding of a future military support facility. DTRA initially occupied three buildings for their primary office compound at Kirtland AFB (Buildings 20362, 20363, and 20364). Because of their age and condition, these buildings required significant funds for upkeep, so our team was tasked by Albuquerque District to perform pre-design services including master planning and programming to develop a project vision and DD1391 update while evaluating alternative designs for a new headquarters complex. Under a separate task order, the same team previously developed a Concept Document (CCD) and DD1391 for the project which was based on a single large, consolidated facility in the old housing area
