Corpus Christi Army Depot, located on 154 acres at Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, serves as the primary rotary wing aircraft maintenance and overhaul facility for all U.S. military branches and several foreign governments, encompassing over 2.2 million square feet of industrial space. The core of these operations is Building 8 and Hangar 8, a 1.2 million-square-foot facility housing shops, parts storage, and administrative areas. In 2008, under a separate task order, our team developed a long-range master and vision plan for the modernization and phased replacement of the Building 8 complex. The plan includes nine carefully sequenced construction phases to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout implementation. Due to the extended timeline of the replacement program, ongoing renovations are also being performed to maintain operational readiness.
