Located at 3900 N Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas, the Mercantile West Industrial Facilities project transforms over 40 acres into a modern logistics hub totaling more than 713,000 square feet. Developed in partnership with Huitt-Zollars, Inc., Bob Moore Construction, and Mercantile Partners, the project delivers economic value and infrastructure growth to the community.

To maximize buildable area, our team designed a dual-building layout: a 560,352 SF cross-dock logistics center and a 152,880 SF front-load warehouse. Early grading studies minimized earthwork and balanced site conditions, while sustainable strategies ensured compliance with IECC and IBC standards. The buildings utilized industry-standard insulated concrete site-case tilt-wall construction with internal steel columns, roof girders/joists and decking.

Through proactive coordination and streamlined permitting, the project was delivered on time and within budget meeting the evolving needs of logistics tenants and reinforcing client trust.
