Facing challenges with low soil infiltration rates, Huitt-Zollars proposed a deeper soil re-test, uncovering viable conditions for an underground chamber beside an open basin which saved the client millions in lost building footage. For the warehouse’s expansive 930′ flat floor, we conducted grading studies that optimized site conditions and minimized earthwork costs, achieving exceptional results within strict timelines.
