Daytona 500 Experience, “The Official Attraction of NASCAR” located just outside legendary Daytona International Speedway, is a 60,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art motorsport entertainment attraction. Completed in two phases, the first phase was a 50,000-square-foot themed expansion to the ‘World Center of Racing’ Visitors’ Center. The attraction includes interactive exhibits and a large-film format theater, VIP banquet room, full-service kitchen, gift shop, arcade amusements, and Timeline Gallery area. During the second phase, Huitt-Zollars went on to complete a 10,000-square-foot expansion of the attraction and visitors’ center, and added new venues for a Simulator Wing and IWERKS Motion Simulator Theater.
