Located in the Grand Bazaar Shops along the Las Vegas Strip, Ole Red Las Vegas is Huitt-Zollars’ third collaboration with Ryman Hospitality Properties, delivering a dynamic four-story, 30,000-square-foot entertainment restaurant directly across from the Bellagio. Designed to immerse guests in live music and Southern hospitality, the venue features a three-story open interior for stage performances, a rooftop bar with its own stage, and a second-level connection to the pedestrian bridge over Las Vegas Boulevard. The project navigated complex site conditions, including a basement tied into an existing utilidor system and a towering digital pylon sign integrated through the building’s structure. Through strategic coordination and innovative design, the team overcame tight timelines and jurisdictional challenges to deliver a standout destination that blends honky-tonk charm with Las Vegas energy.
