Set within an 18-acre wooded oasis in Houston, The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is one of the city’s premier luxury destinations. Our team led a comprehensive, multi-phase renovation to elevate the guest, member, and spa experience while preserving the property’s signature character.
The project included upgrades to all 289 guestrooms and suites, enhanced fitness and wellness spaces within the Houstonian Club, and an expanded, refreshed Trellis Spa featuring updated treatment rooms, dining areas, a Tranquility Lounge, and a new outdoor water experience. These improvements reflect a thoughtful, hospitality-driven approach focused on comfort, wellness, and longevity.
Our team served as the prime firm, delivering architectural design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration across approximately 100,000 square feet of hotel space, 65,000 square feet of club facilities, and 21,000 square feet of spa environments.
